Dr. Smart attended Brigham Young University And Boise State University where he earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology. After graduating from BSU, Dr. Smart attended and graduated with honors from Southern College of Optometry.
Dr. Smart moved to the Central Coast in 1981 and has been in practice in this area for the past 32 years. Dr. Smart's focus is on family practice optometry and he specializes in diagnostic, therapeutic and glaucoma treatment. |
In his free time, Dr. Smart enjoys traveling, hiking and spending quality time with his wife, family, pets and friends.
